Hi,

Yeah I made a boo boo and deleted an item in error, Anet do not have the facility to replace lost items….

What if your account gets hacked or you buy the wrong item with the tokens you have spent forever farming? Anet the more people I talk too the more I see who have had issue due to lack luster game support…

Please look at my reddit thread and any users who feel the same please show support.

I like the game after all, it just needs tweaking….

This is not to start flames also, please CC only.

It would be nice, I’ve had a similar problem where a simple rollback would have helped.

Maybe they dont have the actual staff needed to manage that type of service? I doubt that though..

Wondering how hard it would be to implement a 5 min. grace period to “undo last action or transaction”.

That would be perfect TBH, just have it behind bag slots.

Wow does this but I think you can only recall one item a month.

Here’s a problem I had: I went to buy a set of Order of Whispers pants and accidentally clicked the wrong type. For some reason, the vendor lists heavy armor first; then light and then medium at the bottom.

Since I thought it was light armor at the bottom, I bought it. Granted, there were warnings so the error is definitely mine. Because of my oversight, however, I was stuck with a piece of soulbound, unusable armor. My only option was to click [Destroy Item] and kiss 1.57 gold goodbye.

The point I want to make is that if an item is unusable by that character, un-salvageable and un-sellable, then why was that character allowed to buy it in the first place??

A un-do option would have definitely saved the day.

Anyone got a spare 1.5 gold? Anyone?
