Since Thieves are supposed to be the most mobile profession in the game, shouldn’t they have a faster recovery on the dodging meter or more dodge gauges..

Or both?

Have you not looked at their traits?

NO, thieves have evasion ( or can spec that way ) when dodging, and a lot of their moves give evasion, this reflects the mobility.

There are also traits that give you faster endurance regen when certain moves are done. The ideals of mobility don’t just apply to dodging

I agree with the above two posts.

If you want your thief to be a more mobile thief, just be sure to trait him out that way. They out-manuever pretty much every class if you trait them out right. The 50% move speed bonus while invisible for instance is pretty crazy.
