Things that need to be Account Wide
I agree. And let me add some.
Armor and weapons should be account wide. or we should at least have an option to recraft the armor to become account bound until it was given to another character. I really hate buying a new armor from the gem store, or getting a new weapon that I just love that I have to replace because it doesn’t look as good on that character.
I have 3 light armor Characters of my 5 characters. I would like to be able to give one of my alts my old armor so I don’t have to spend an arm and a leg recrafting all of it. With how much money I dump on the TP and traveling. Just give me this! It would actually make me make more armors then make less. Because now I can experiment much more freely without having to worry about wasted money on armor because I can always try it with someone else.
All of them. Nothing should be soulbound. I had to keep 14 ascended rings for different classes and different builds (6 of them are berserker, thats so annoying)
WXP, nothing killed playing my alts more than locking this to 1 toon.

Meta achievement rewards need to be account unlocks.

Stuff you buy from the Gem Store. I am particularly talking about armor and weapon skins. Why can’t I use my Queen’s Masque in PvP and PvE? I would like an item that I pay for to be replicatable to be used on multiple characters or at least on the same character in PvP and PvE! It seems silly that I can’t even use it in all instances on one character.
I am hoping the account bound permanent harvesting stuff is a sign of a trend toward account-bound stuff.
Meta skins and gem store skins need to be treat like the achievement weapon and armor skins where you can withdrawal them whenever you want and use them however many times you want.
I would also like to see the dyes become account unlocked. But, the reasons I keep hearing for it not being so is so that the dye economy doesn’t tank and so low levels don’t have high level colors (don’t know why that matters). I don’t care about either. I use what I get on my main then distribute the duplicates among my alts. I don’t buy and I don’t sell dyes.
Totally agree with WvW rank. It’s not like I completely forgot how to play in WvW and have to learn WvW again when I switch characters.
Totally agree with the commander tag. It’s not like the 100 gold goes to a player. It’s lost to an NPC with no one benefiting from the gold.

yeeesss, the rings should be salvageable, and it’s annoying you cant even MOVE items in ur bank if some other character equipped them first

WvW XP needs to be account bound (why is it not this way, thats just STUPID)
Fractal level needs to be account wide.
Those are the 4 I care about the most.
