some blood effects on enemies when they get hit. Maybe some creatures can have various color blood. Robots could bleed black oil. Have the blood splatter onto the wall and ground as decals

Have it as a graphical option and a parental lock

The game is rated T.
Having more blood then there already is would not allow that rating.
