Hello fellow Guild Warriors!

After watching this lore series on Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARZWX51hYYk) I saw how much of Tyria wasn’t released yet. This made me thinking about expansion packs.

First of all I thought of dragons. Now that we have defeated Zhaitan, it’s quite obvious that the next expansion pack will involve dragons. I thought of Jormag, the ice dragon, which would reveal the Far Shiverpeaks north of the norn’s land. Then I thought about Kralkatorrik, the crystal dragon, which would reveal the Crystal Desert area. Then Primordus, the oldest of the dragons, which may reveal huge underground caves that the Asura used to live in. Then we have the myserious Sea dragon, that would take use of Guild Wars 2’s great underwater combat system to let us explore the huge oceans of Tyria.

After all of the five known Elder dragons have been released, then maybe Arenanet will reveal the huge Maguuma Jungle and Woodland Cascades to the north-west of the map.

I’ve also thought about the two other continents in the world of Tyria, Elona and Cantha, which has a huge potential of becoming expansion packs.

Then we got the mysterious planet that the humans came from a thousand years ago, with all new continents.

Also, I’ve heard about a sixth Elder dragon – and that the Sylvari are its minions, as they are the only playable race that cannot be corrupted by the other dragons. This could make for a quite interesting expansion pack.

All in all; the world of Guild Wars 2 has a fantastic and massive lore, where there is so much content that Arenanet can use to make expansion packs. There is enough content to keep this game running for YEARS!

If you have your own ideas for Guild Wars 2 expansion packs, feel free to post!
