TO furthur create balance between dungeons and open-world event (disabled in wvw/spvp)

For example:

Warriors no longer cast bleed dmg; Warrior dmg is increased if the target is bleeding

therefore a warrior damage is increased if there is a rogue/necro in the party

Guardians cannot poison their target; take less damage against poisoned targets

Most classes already have passive abilities just like what you’ve described, usually achieved or augmented by traits. I like the concept you’re using though of classes having additional bonuses that rely on allies from other classes. Adds another element in the same regard as combo fields/finishers.
