On Blackgate I am constantly unable to buy karma items in Cursed Shore because the events are bugged. My suggestion is to put a timer on the events so that after a time, they reset regardless of where in the point they are. If you make the timer long enough, it’s not going to affect people who are actually able to proceed with the events, but it will give everyone the chance to actually make use of the area.
