Town Clothing.
I wasn’t aware people actually used this feature.

It’s really cool when you first start, then you quickly discover that it’s dead ended as there is very limited full sets (Cook, Pirate, Crook?) or silly things like Boxing Gloves that are totally out of place, which is why I think most people stop using it in short order.

Yeah town cloths are a nice feature but with the limited variety it’s a little used feature. I think there’s been a few discussion on this topic previously, including the ability to auto-switch to town-cloths when not in combat, or use combat armour as town cloths etc. Not sure what ANets stance is on town-cloths, or how important it is overall. I’m guessing not too important, which is understandable I guess, either they spent time on town-cloths or they make new content. New content tends to win out.
I would use town clothes if it meant I could still be in combat, but I think it’d ruin the game for some to be fighting along side a ‘chef’.
