Just an idea I though up to add town criers to all the main cities so that while visiting the bank/tp you could be let know of the starting of the main chains for the DE’s.
These criers could shout out their message as often or as little as seems fair (please no CITIZENS) and would link the closest uncontested waypoint to the event. The text of the message could be in a different color to draw attention to it while giving the basic information needed.
Example: Hear ye, Hear ye all brave adventurers let it be know that at [fort trinity waypoint] in the straits of devastation the pact is amassing to take down the risen at the doorstep to orr.
The example could be followed up with a “ask me for more details at the mystic force” (or other city hub) and might also have other de’s and waypoints in the areas that need doing.
