Let me start by saying I know there have been other threads about this but aside from just knowing it was necessary before I have now experienced first hand why it is necessary.

ANet is still trying to fix the kinks left in the game which I applaud but there is a serious problem with your mail system. I’ve already reported this bug which seems to automatically target another account rather then the intended one but this has reached an unbearable point.

I sent a couple letters to a guildie who was going to make some gear for one of my toons, it had a nice amount of materials like ectoplasms and other T6 mats. Well low and behold she never receives it even though I was sure to type in the name perfectly. So I do the only sensible thing at this point and contact ANet, but low and behold they can’t retrieve it because there’s no system in place.

So ANet, your telling me our only system of trading between players aside from posting on the TP, which is an entirely different venue of trade, isn’t even protected?

I don’t know how or why this is the case but something needs to be done about it aka give us a trade option.

For you would be trollers this is not an angry rant. I can gather the supplies lost in a couple days so I’m not overly concerned but what happens the next time around and it’s you in my shoes with many more mats lost in cyber space?

ANet, please fix this.
