Trading Post Gear Preview.
Just /wiki the item.
When every single piece of gear gets accurate wiki entries and pictures, that would be good advice. Currently, it’s a hit or miss. Regardless, it is an extra step needed to see what a piece of gear looks like and requires an outside source. I would very much welcome the preview function in the BLTP. As for the OP, it isn’t implemented yet, because it isn’t high on the priority list and rightly so.

This site shows many complete sets on any gender/race. You cant change armor colors on the site, but you can clearly see the color patterns on the armor.
I’m not going 3rd party, or going to that busted wiki, anet can just do this, it’s much easier, it would be a simple right click, and then you see what it looks like, I don’t even know how to wiki stuff in game, and neither do a lot of other people, I’m assuming.

Agree 100%. Just add a preview option on the TP please. The Gem Store already has a preview function as do normal vendors, so I can’t see how it’d be difficult to give it to the TP as well.
Yes, there are a half a dozen workarounds for the lack of TP preview (look it up on the wiki, look up the item code on a website then input the code into the in-game text box, preview in the PvP lobby, ask someone to link it in chat, ect). But just because workarounds exist doesn’t mean there’s no need for them to simply implement a proper Preview function into the TP. The workarounds are exactly that, workarounds to something thats quite obviously missing (compared to everything else in the game)
Preview is really a better idea than the wiki. I’ve purchased a couple of “leggings” only to find out after I equipped them that they are a SKIRT? Please…not even listed as a skirt is a problem.
I cannot imagine purchasing a skirt and getting leggings or pants. Why can’t the preview work so you can see first?
