Guild Wars 2

So I found this on GWI and I thought, why not put it here as well. I understand that ANet is against the game being modded so why not implement it in the game instead? It would totally improve the gameplay and for all those who don’t want to play like that, you can just toggle it off if you want. It’s certainly worth to mention.

That would be kind of fun to play with a controller. Don’t know how practical it would be, but it’d be interesting to play with a controller regardless.

The mod is illigal, several posts stat this as well as a reddit post.
Asked for the controller.. Got enough bottoms:) and would feel more like an action game.. But yeah maybe more a disadvantage than a advantage, but for fun it would be nice.

I’m aware that it is illigal, that’s why they could just implement something similar in the game itself. Tera Online had a similar system and while the game itself wasnt all that great, the combat sure was fun to keep me playing for a couple of months. As the guy in the video mentioned the requirements for a system like that to work are already in the game, you’d only have to add the crosshair and the ability to move your camera without using the right mousebutton. And for those who don’t like that just add a toggle on/off option so they can tab-target their way to glory instead.

Fun’s a relative term. You’ve already had one person in this thread who disagrees with you.

Seriously, and with no disrespect to the OP, if you guys want ANet to take this seriously and possibly accept or implement this mod, you need to stop flooding the suggestions board with these topics. One large, comprehensive topic with mature, reasonable discussion (which I’ve found is nearly IMPOSSIBLE on these forums) will get the point across better, and will be read more often) than a large amount of individual, smaller topics.

This would help me play better and some classes need it… thief for example. I could really use this on my thief.

So what’s the deal here.. is it okay to use or not? I want to be ABSOLUTELY sure that it is okay for me to use it, before I even try it out.
