Now 100% of the groups running Arah / CoE / SE / TA try(some succeed) to skip many of the “trash” mobs. IMO some are way to strong/powerful for a game that does not have a dedicated tank and dedicated healer.

Any intention of Ever fixing the trash mobs so one can run the dungeon without this hassle ?

you don’t skip trashmobs because they’re too strong but in a matter of time..
atm most dungeons are realy easy (if you have a team of 80 with exotic gear)

Clearly, a matter of time, but now the time / reward for killing the trakitten`s way out of proportion IMO. I did not mean that a lv 80 group geared with exotics was unable to kill them.
And most dungeons are not really easy.

I could safely say I can do all dungeons without a wipe with the right setup, killing everything too. Dungeons aren’t particularly challenging but it beats the brain-dead-event farming. As previously mentioned it is a matter of time, people want to be the most efficient.. then some complain about how empty dungeons are.. though I suppose if they made the mobs a challenge in the first place.. who knows. All ifs and buts

I find that in most of the “average” pugs I see more time is wasted trying to run past mobs repeatedly then it would of taken to kill them in the first place. Not including set groups, farming groups, or declared speedrun groups.

Someone always dies.

Those who usually die are those too shy to speak up and say they’re new to the dungeon. If you’ve done the dungeon multiple times, skipping or not, you should know how to counter enemies properly in order to fight or run without holding your group back.

I don’t think the mobs behavior/skills need to be modified, but the way dungeons work as a whole needs to be looked into. Possibly reducing the total number of enemies but requiring that they all must be killed (or something like 90% to account for accidentally missed mobs) would easily do away with skipping. I don’t know how that would affect overall dungeon pug behavior though.

I dont know who you do those dungeons with. but all dungeons are pretty easy. Maybe you should group up with a experienced group. Make sure you do what they tell you.. you see all the dungeons are easy. but yes the reward system needs a huge overhaul.
