So this one’s a bit out of left-field seeing as how everyone appears to love Legendary effects.
But how about a tickbox on the Legendary itself that allows you to enable or disable effects?
For Legendaries with more than one effect, how about more tickboxes to allow the user to pick and choose which effect to display?

Full disclosure: I have The Juggernaut on my Warrior, and it would be nice to have these choices.

I have none legendary, but I’d like to disable all effect. to prefent the 33% blindness while in combat.

Actually I hate all the legendary effects, sab skins, molten skins, … I want equipment that actually look usefull, like in skyrim. I only need half of the gifts of might and magic for the bifrost. I’m honestly considering to transmute the ugly thing to the skin of my CoF staff. If I could turn off the effects I would be much happier.

I went for the legendary for the challenge and because it will always be a BIS item.

Oh, and a silly suggestion while I’m at it: If you’re wielding The Juggernaut amongst friendly Skritt, they should occasionally go:
“Oooooooo Shiny!”
