This is a fairly simple list, I’m not going to write a paragraph for each reason why they should be changed as I think those who play WvW often already know the problems first hand.
1. Guard upgrades – Efficiency to cost ratio : Pathetic
My suggestion: Patrol guard should add guards inside Lord rooms as well, Raise Guard Level should be increased to 4 rather than 2 OR keep the upgrade level and increase their respawn rate.
2. Oil Rig – Nothing more than a road bump to the cannon upgrade currently and maybe to buy 20-30 more seconds for your tower in exchange for 60(?) supply.
My suggestion: Remove the purchase for Rig of Oil all together having them as a default (like with keeps) and making the 3rd siege upgrade for tower specially positioned superior arrow carts and superior ballistas, a bit more durable than the original but with equal fire power. (Or add a siege weapon melting option)
3. Workers – Workers should be able to do the runs between the depots and walls and siege weapons with the excess supplies that enter keeps or towers.
4. Outmanned buff – This is nothing more than just a bullseye marker for enemies, they see this buff and they just steam roll over your entire group. Add a stat boosting feature to the Outmanned buff similiar to the orbs (if you are outmanned you get +150 stats), You’ll still be weaker in man power but you would be able to fight against supression.
5. Siege weapons – The catapult gravel ability, if you seriously don’t see whats wrong with it I don’t know what to say to you.

bump, because its been 3 days
I got on a catapult today and scored dozens of kills, the trick is to alternate between gravel and the cow carcass attacks, bypassing a portion of the attack cooldown and allowing you to “double shot” so I’m not sure I follow on that part, care to explain why it needs improvement?
Otherwise I agree…the workers may be a little much but its a neat concept.
