So the horn just came out, I loved it, but why can’t I use the bell in Heart of the Mist? This is where I spend 99% of my time in.

I find it silly I can play my Horn in PvE, Heart of The mists and Wvw. While Bells can Only do PvE and WvW. Not to mention I’m disliking the horn quite a bit over the bell. Please allow bells in the mists!

Just what is the need to play instruments in pvp anyway? I would suspect it more likely the horn being able to play there is unintended and will be changed at a later date

They don’t mean in actual pvp but in the Heart of the Mists where everyone hangs out between matches.
