I am ranger..

So to be fair, the underwater combat and downed state is so unfair that it is amazing!!!!
On land i can kill most guys, but if i see someone coming at me underwater i just throw everything and flee like a kitten! Hoping they follow me so i can kill them on land and then go back to capture.. ^^ It is just so unfair skillwise that it is insane.

And downed state.. come on guys.. lol? Mesmers and assasins, as if not op already, can waste 40 min of your life downed already!! Here and there and kick in your face, and hey.. what do you know, 20 minutes later finally ready for the tenth and last “kill” in their down.. a sneaky invisible thief come and ress.. YEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
And what do the ranger got? one lousy attempt to stall/daze them (works 1 out of 3, and helps me stay downed for 2 more sec..)!!! Is this FAIR??? ANET I AM BEGGING YOU TO REALISE THIS IS NO GOOD!!!

Give all proffesions same underwater skills, so it is fair! And perhaps even downed!! Cause it is imbalance enough.

i remember my ranger underwater was even better than on land. also the one with the most distance.
for downed a mesmer can attack with 1, create a clone of himself or just become invisible for 3 secs (randomly) none of this feature is very useful because the clone can be destroyed with just a bad look. the third attack is a phantom that if you are lucky does an attack than die and we all share number 4.

at least a ranger pressing 3 can be healed while still attacking pressing 1

Rangers underwater are OP.

Your pet is still alive when you’re downed, attacking just like mesmer’s phantasm, and you don’t even have to use the skill. Of all the things to complain about on a ranger, you pick the worst two.

Are you not allowed Piranha shot in PvP?

My ranger is a beast underwater compared to my other classes.

Avathor, I must respectfully disagree with your post. I’ve spent a lot of time with the ranger as well and find the profession to be very strong in underwater combat. And in terms of the downed skills I won’t say the ranger is the strongest but I won’t say they are the weakest either. When lick wounds works, I’ve had my pet save me from being defeated more than once.
