I love the Guild Wars 2 combat with weapon swapping and utility skills, but why are none of these functions available in underwater combat? I understand the reason why some effects (such as the warrior stomps) can’t be implemented underwater, but there is no reason for why condition removals and such wouldn’t work. Also, only having two weapons to choose from is pretty dull. I can live with underwater combat as it is, but it’d be more fun if it was less of “waiting for cooldown on only good skill”, especially when facing multiple enemies. It also makes it a lot more difficult to survive.
