Guild Wars 2

So many skills are disabled underwater, particularly elite skills. I created a thief recently, and when I went underwater there’s only one skill available for elite.

Make more skills available underwater, or perhaps a new set of underwater only skills.

Yea i agree, in addition I would like to see more skills overal, for every proffesion.
