I’m talking about the 12 unique Flame and Frost dyes, which were pretty rare to get from the F&F boxes bought with gems.
It makes sense to have current dyes character-bound for the economy, but these 1-time special event dyes are way too unique and rare. IMO, they should be shared across all characters.
This suggestion should be applied to future unique dyes also.
