I suggest having dynamic events that trigger in lower level zones only when a level 80 is present in the area. This would give a reason for high levels to replay through the lower level zones.

dont see the logic behind this, because your downscaled to the low levels your playing with. For example, when you are in a lvl 1-15 area, your max 15. Why have a lvl 80 event then, when your only lvl 15 …
