I would like to see a universal bag that could be purchased or grafted.
The bag would be mounted on all your account characters and would be used for
account items like the Copper-Fed Salavage-o-Matic, the Dreamcleaver Logging Axe.
Hopefully a Mining and Harvesting tool similar to Dreamcleaver.

Items in this bag could not be sold.

This would reduce constant trips to back the move account items between your characters.

I think this is a great idea, I think it would be best served as a Gem Store Item
Costing say 800 gems per 5 slots to a maximum of 20 slots (4 upgrades total – 1 bag going from 5 to 10 to 15 to 20 slots, not 4 bags.)

And it would simply the last bag in all your character’s inventory.

This would be a time saver, as I hate having to go to the bank just to swap the most common items around. As of now a common practice is also having to mail items to a friend only to have them return it to sender. But that can’t be done with account bound items.

This would kill various “GRINDS” around swamping out items from char to char.

Since you can only play one char at a time, I don’t see this making any loop holes.

One last comment, that no need to limit it to any specific item, just let this bag work like a invisible bag, where items in it can’t be sold etc.

Unrestricted items would not matter,
Account bound items would not matter,
Soul bounds would not matter (and simply a waste to put it in the bag – long term)

Simple reason being that we have the Permanent Bank Access Contract.

If anything, it would be neat if you could deposit items to your bank (but not open it) from anywhere, if it had space.

I disagree, as a gem store only upgrade, it would even make sense for someone to put the Permanent Bank Access Express into this Account Bag .

So that all your characters can easily open the bank at any time, this is not a item for one account, this is a bag that is like your bank, but is a bag in your inventory.

And using the pricing model I suggest, 20 slot Account Bag would cost 3200 gems, while at current pricing buying the Permanent Bank would cost most players over 100 USD. Which still would be good to have both.

I still think this has a valid place in the GW universe.

With todays update the concept of the “Collection Expander” is exactly how I say the “Account Bag” would work exactly. But only for 5/10/15/20 slots in the Account Bag.
