Adding this as a column in the guild roster is a small, and probably difficult change because it is character based.

I am always a fan of easy access to information. As a side effect this might unintentionally start rivalry’s between guildmates over rank.

Name, level, crafting professions activated and their level, are character associated stats and already show up, so this wouldn’t be much different to include. Would be interesting, because right now only your enemy knows what rank you are, and doesn’t know who you are :p
