Major problem that I have seen recently is that a lot of staff members post responses to bugs saying “It will be fixed in the next patch”…
Well, that’s just great. When is that patch?
Nobody ever seems to actually tell a date of when patches will be released. Can someone please have just a note at least, or somewhere that dynamically updates to tell the players when the next patch will be out so they can know how long they have to wait?
Having to wait in itself is bad. It is worse when you do not know how long you have to wait.
