You have the “My Story” tab in the hero page that summarized everything that happened in your living story so far, and it tells you what you gotta do next. Nobody ever looks at that really. And currently, you use the mail and achievements to tell people where to go for living story, and people who are not familiar with the heralds and how living story works might be lost and give up.

solution: make a sub tab in the my story tab titled “Living Story” that tells you where you have to go for the living story that is going on, and recaps the story that happened so far. This way people dont have to worry about not getting mail because their inbox was full and it will make the location for missions more apparent.

Absolutely agree. If nothing else happens to the My Story tab, this should certainly be added to it, and ideally should have been there from the start.
