Hi, since Cultural armor are the most expensive armors in the game, the Tier 3 shouldn’t at least be exotic?
They cost more than 100 gold and they are only rare, even if I buy the armor I won’t be able to use it, or are you saying they are meant only for the skin and not to be used?

They are just cosmetic, and if you can pay 120g~~ for t3, u can pay another 10g for exotic
I agree they could be exotic, but again, they are just cosmetic.

They are pretty much "look at me im rich " cosmetic armors

I’d still like to just be able to unlock other race’s cultural armors.

I want to equip asura armor on my human toons.

Sure it would. Cultural only mean it`s created by a certain people. They just went a step further and made it only race exclusive. I could go to Holland and buy wooden shoes but they wouldn`t be equippable because I wasn`t born there, or the merchants would just tell me the shoes are only for the natives.
