I’m sure this has been suggested before, but I would like to reiterate that it would be great if we could get a refund for “expensive” items within a certain timeframe of purchase, and in the same currency that was used to purchase it.
For example I just accidentally purchased two items from the Tier 1 karma merchant, in total about 20 thousand karma wasted. It would be great if there were a small window of amnesty that would allow you to return the item to the vendor for a full refund of your karma, gold, candy, or whatever else you used to purchase the item with.
The window wouldn’t be long of course, anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour or so would be fine, and if you don’t return it by then it will obviously be something you’re stuck with.
If this is not possible then at the very least a confirmation window for expensive items which asks if you’re sure you want to purchase it would also be great.
My mouse (which I’m now about to tear apart to fix it) has an issue with clicking multiple times with a single click. I was attempting to preview an item only when I clicked preview, it actually bought it instead. This of course is in no way Arenanets fault, it simply prompted the idea of a better refund system.
