It needs to be toned down.

A lot.

The blue/yellow flames totally engulf the enemy in it making it impossible to spot any sort of attack, often with fatal results due to failing to dodge.

No-one else feels the same?

WTF? Never seen such effect. Maybe you need to lower your video settings?

O_o what the hell is going on there? i NEVER seen anything come even close to that, not even in open world meta events/wvw zerg vs zergs, and taht SS is from a dungeon O_o. The one dungeon i done the MOST in fact. (and i doubt it can be just bideo setting even as silver suggested, since I have mine on highest on almost all settings.

it is the book of wrath elite skill of guardian, you don’t see that much often because most of guardian thinks it’s a lame elite… or last too short
