WVW Server Balancing Idea
We have something like this.
It is called the outmanned buff.
4x Necromancer, 3x Mesmer, 4x Guardian, 4x Thief, 4 Revenant
Its my understanding that the outmanned buff only effects the underdog server. So if the underdogs gain population ( even if momentarily) you lose the buff. In fact i dont even believe the population on the map you are gettin the temporary buff on has to be balanced for you to lose the buff. You just need X amount of folks to join in on that map.
My idea focuses on a fluctuating buff thats up at all times. So as a guild you can decide, Do we want to play on our overpopulated server and only get a 5% Exp, Karma, Magic find bonus or move to an underpopulated server to gian a temp buff of lets say 10% to all those things and Contribute to evening out the server WVW pop.’s to get a Large ( lets say 30% ) bonus to all those things.
