And according to a bunch of players it should stay that way bc why should an alt get something it didn’t earn? So shouldn’t dailies and monthlies be character specific as well? All of my alts should be able to do these achievements. I feel like I’m always being penalized.

XP is different than currency.

You chose to run multiple toons you need to do multiple times the work. Don’t want to do the work again? Don’t run multiple toons.

- Are skill points gained on one toon useable by another? NO
- If one toon gains a level of XP do all toons gain a level? NO
- If you unlock a utility skill on one toon does it unlock a utility skill on all others? NO
- If you unlock weapon skills on one toon does it unlock for all others? NO

So why are you surprised when WXP which unlocks skills is only for the toon that earned it?

Haha. I think this guy didn’t read my post. For you I changed the title so you can keep posting without having to read the thread.

Exactly what I’m saying. Please let all of my alts do the work of daily and monthly.

But titles and ranks are not different from titles and ranks. Pve titles = account wide. Pvp ranks = account wide. Wvw titles and ranks = character wide? Make up your minds and make it = through out the game. I don’t care which way, just make it the same.

The xp is not just for titles, or did you totally ignore what the wxp is used for?

Wxp points are used to make your character stronger. Laurels are also used to buy gear to make your character stronger. Last I checked, laurels can’t be traded, thus not a true currency, but a point system to improve your character.

Kharma isn’t tradable either. Laurals are a currency wxp is not a currency, it is like skillpoints (and they even call them wvw skill points) so any argument you can coniencavably come with is failure to address the simple fact that you cannot give experience from one character to another, which is exactly what wxp is.

PvE titles do not give you any abilities or skills. Stop trying to compare an apple to an orange just to fit your argument. WXP gives you skills/abilities, the closest ‘currency’ to this is skill points which are not account bound.
