I’ll be honest, after playing other classes, I got a lot more insight on how my warrior plays. It’s nice to feel how much of a difference in play styles are there between classes, but It also made me realize how shallow is the warrior class… as in bland…

Burst skills are by definition something you should look forward to using, but that’s often not the case… Specially seeing we get several traits that gives us several advantages for not spending the burst… (12% damage increase, 9% increased crit chance, and lastly the biggest crutch for me, adrenal health)

Right now, Burst is weapon specific, meaning, each weapon has a different effect. We also have 3 Adrenaline bars, that we fill by dealing damage, and as these bars fill up, the burst produces some sort of improved effect. In case of the axe it deals more damage, fitting. In case of the hammer, it stuns for longer, nice. But Some of these are so utterly situational, fall short on effect, or simply detrimental due to emptying the burst bar, thus removing the benefits of the traits, that I bet 50% of the warrior players out there just don’t even bother using it.

I’m gonna suggest a change now, please, don’t hate me for this.

Several classes have their own key mechanics tied to F1~F4. I’d like to see warrior get 3 more Burst functions as well…

We’d still need to charge said 3 bars. But I’d like for each F key to have a different effect based on weapon.

F1~F3 would be 3 different moves, each consuming 1, 2 or 3 Adrenaline Bars. Or simply consuming 1 adrenaline bar each, if that means lower damaging, but diverse effect.
F4 would be the same as today, consuming as many adrenaline bars available, with the increased effect for each bar consumed.

Each weapon would have 4 extra moves, truly giving the warrior a better feel of being a master in weapon combat. Would add more option for the warrior to adapt on the fly, giving it a much deeper game play aspect, and, in my honest opinion, a more engaging and fun class to play as.

I’m not asking for Uber skills, 1 shots or nothing of the sort, I’m asking for variety and depth here.

Also, please, add burst option for banners. Engineers get a different tool belt function for each kit, utility or healing skill they select. The moment a warrior pics up a banner or any sort of bundle, we lose all forms of the class mechanic, further reinforcing the idea of not spending burst, stacking those passives and be even more of a bland class…
