How come warrior’s don’t have an elite shout skill ?

Elite signet – check
Elite shout – oops forgot to put those in the game now haven’t we !
I propose a motion for elite shouts skills for warriors.
and please guardians already have many similar skills that warriors have so
elite shouts warriors only !!!
