As it is the explorable mode is a solid 7/10 what with the need to avoid sparks, destroy or reflect turrets, lead the golem over an explosive mine to remove shield and have your back to the wall so the charge knockback won’t land you in a mine
However it could be a lot more active and fun
*Sparks become no threat after you observe their paths and stay out of them entirely
this could be fixed by making sparks constantly home in on players, preferably with a preference for ranged players they need the work out
*The Golem’s charge knockback attack is rather hard to avoid
in story/solo mode this was not an issue because you did not have 3 mesmers/elementalists ect throwing particle effects at the boss so his charge animation was easy to spot then avoid, adding another alert to the fight like how it warns of rearming and detonation of mines, turrets and sparks would help fix this
*Camping with your back to the wall is the safest way to beat the Golem
This links back to the first two points, there is no need to constantly avoid sparks when you camp against the wall nor dodge the charge knockback attack
