Currently, some dynamic events repeat 5 mins after you fiish that, taking away the feeling that what you did really matters and just adds a bit of grind.
I think the even-restart rate should be at least dobuled.
Also, events should have an impact and a reason to complete. For example, if you complete an event and take a camp from the enemy centaurs, 1-2 NPCs spawn, giving you some kind of quest. Not the kill 10 hogs kind of quests, but explore that cavern, get my chest back from the nerby vista, do the jumping puzzle, or just do another event nearby.
These kind of quests should give tokens that you can trade in for some rewards, or just give them RNG boxes that can also be sold at the TP. The token reward merchants should be scattered across the given map, and 2-3 different NPCs would trade them for differen rewards. Also, these merchants only spawn if you do a given event, like capturing another camp.
This would bring life back to each and every map in the game.
Quests would also make perfect scavanger hunts, requiring you you to collect items from all over the world for epic rewards, like the Black Moa Chick from GW1.
