War Fan (Tessen) were folding fans with outer spokes made of heavy plates of iron which were designed to look like normal, harmless folding fans or solid clubs shaped to look like a closed fan. Samurai could take these to places where swords or other overt weapons were not allowed, and some swordsmanship schools included training in the use of the tessen as a weapon (tessenjutsu). The tessen was also used for fending off arrows and darts, as a throwing weapon, and as an aid in swimming (from wikipedia)
Thief moveset: main hand warfan is more focused on condition damage, offhand is for inspiring you and nearby allies granting boons

>Phanton Step: Shadowsteps behind your target, if not stealthed will strike inflicting cripple (your character will not attack or generate any visual effect if stealthed, keeping yourself hidden)
Offhand 2 (300 range, 6 initiative)
>Deadly Dance: Leap at your foe with a graceful attack dealing damage, the beauty of the attack inspire you and nearby allies granting Might for 10 seconds.
Stealth:
>Phanton Strike: Attacks your enemy, inflicting bleed, if the enemy is hit from behind you re-enter stealth for 2 seconds and does not trigger the Revealed effect.
Dual skills (Slot 3):
Warfan Alone (900 range, 3 initiative)
>Throw Fan: Throw your weapon at the enemy that travels on a circular pathern, inflicting bleed and cripple on all enemies on the way.
Warfan + Warfan (6 initiative, 2 sec channel)
>Phanton Dance: Start performing with your fans while keeping your guard up, if hit at melee range the enemy attack is parried and you strike his legs, making him trip over knocking him down, if hit by a ranged attack the attack is reflected and you enter stealth for 5 seconds, if you are not attacked within 2 seconds you inspire your allies granting Vigor for 5 seconds
Warfan + Dagger (900 range, 3 initiative)
>Fan of Knives: Spray the area in front of you with thrown knifes that damage enemies
Warfan + Pistol (900 range, 4 initiative)
>Defensive Maneuver: Shoots the enemy with the pistol in the arms inflicting Weakness while backflipping evading an attack
Warfan + Fist (900 range, 3 initiative)
>Malicious Rush: Dashes forward in incredible speed dodging attacks and refreshing the duration of all Conditions on the enemies you go through.
Sword + Warfan (4 initiative)
>Retaliate: Prepares to counter the enemy, if hit at melee range the enemy attack is parried he takes massive damage, this will inspire your allies granting Retaliation for 5 seconds.
Dagger + Warfan (5 initiative)
>Bloodlust: Removes Blindness and strikes your opponent with brutal accuracy, if the attack connects it will inspire your allies, granting Fury for 10 seconds.
Pistol + Warfan (900 range, 5 initiative)
>Perfect Shot: Leap forward spinning and shoot the targeted enemy midair inflicting immobilise for 1 second (even if the target is behind you) inspiring your allies granting Swiftness for 10 seconds.
Fist + Warfan (4 initiative)
>Create Opening: Use your Warfan to distract your opponent while delivering a blow with your Fist that cannot be blocked or countered, this graceful attack inspire your allies granting Protection
