Guild Wars 2

PLEASE please please please bring in the ability to dye weapons, I love having my Armour look all different and interesting looking and then i notice this out of place different colored weapon, maybe this is just because I like having matching items or something but multiple friends have agreed that it would be cool to be able to dye weapons and not only Armour

I changed my character’s appearance 2 nights ago and ended up thinking on the same thing. The character looks cool but it would have been even better if I could have changed the color of my great-swords appearance to something that matched the armor a bit better.

It would also be cool if we could have elemental powers added on our weapons, saw a character with a sword that had a tiny lightning, looking effect. Think the effect ment nothing and was a part of the weapon the same way some people carry armors that burn but what if we could have some sort of gems that added elemental powers and effects to the characters?

I’d just be happy with being able to dye the hilt or bow color of my weapons.

I didn’t see this thread, since it is on page 7. I created a similar complaint about not being able to dye my shield, which people actually did iRL.

I figured that other people would make threads about weapon/shield dyeing, oh and if anyone has a link or something to where arena net addressed this then please share!

Weapon dyeing was in Guild Wars 1, I see no reason why is shouldn’t be in Guild Wars 2.
