Guild Wars 2

I was thinking about ideas for the game and I remembered the preview available in wow, where you can see your character from the browser. It would be look something like this:

What do you think about it?

I’m pretty sure this is already on the “Would be cool to do”-list.

Along with web based guild chat. And their plans for web/phone apps to move your character (waypoint, through map, idk)
Note: they’ve actually said they wanted to do this, some day…

what ever happen to that app that there were hyping up before beta?

It probably went the way of most ideas that people say to appease their corporate stakeholders. Hopefully they will get around to creating some sort of API that will allow the fan community to do all sorts of neat things.
