As a large community with so many players giving their feedback from so many different countries , it must be very difficult to sustain communication with us. The past chats that the bosses have had only cater to a select few in the community due to the time constraint and the format in which they have held the chats.
Not everyone uses twitter, Reddit or has any time available to jump into a live streaming when the bosses spare the time.

There are so many threads asking questions that never receive answers to , even though the devs say they are reading and taking in our suggestions and our complaints the community feels that they are not.

I think it would be very advantages to all if one of the big bosses had a weekly or fortnightly discussion thread , to communicate to the community on here and show us that you are listening and maybe answer some of the concerns.

Having a thread in here would allow more players from around the world to see that they can have input and know that the dev will read it. I know and understand that there are some players that will troll this so make it very clear that if you post anything disruptive to the discussion a ban will incur in this one thread as it would be better for all to keep it an informative thread.

The big dev can start the topic/discussion for the week but I would hope they would address the communities issues and not something mundane.
Eg- weekly discussion— Skill Balance, what are your thoughts.
Then he could give us feedback as to our concerns ect.
