When will personality actually matter?
ya, I also hope for it, that iANet will improve this feature alot more in future,
Currentlsy this system is ttoally obsolete and nearly non existent, your made personality hcoices are totally regardless and have nowhere in the game any great impact on your personal story ect. and in overall in how NPC’s react towards you.
Theres no dialogue system about what you would GW2 have to expect from similar to games like Dragon Age or the Mass Effect serioes, where all of the dialogues had different choosable options for your character to make a truly personal dialogue between your character and the npc, that could lead to unique different outcomes for your personal story.
Alos anet needs to increase the personalities. there need to be more than just only 3 basic personalies.
Currently wie have:
- Ferocious
- Dignified
- Charming
I think this game needs also following personalities too:
- Curious
- Valiant
- Clever
- Thoughtful
Just examples, but I feel just the current 3 aren’t enough to cover everything that makes out a character really and their ways to handle with choices that lead into a multitude of different possible consequences which form your personal story in the end
