A white backpiece that is neither soulbound nor account bound should be introduced into the game. This is so that back piece skins can be transmuted onto them to make them account bound rather then soul bound. I can understand why this was not included in release (with there only being the engineer starting backpack skin), but with the increasing amount of back piece skins from living story events it is becoming more and more needed with multiple characters.
