Since we got some jokers in WvW who build mass siege weapons in a room to prevent any more from being made, It would be great if when we hover over the equipment it also list who built it.

Makes things easier to report.

Not really needed.
These jokers who are able to build a whole room full of wrong type siege are rare. For one, the siege costs.

What the most probably usage of this function would be ridicule some fresh troops who aren’t putting the siege down on the most optimal place. We do not need that, we need more people in WvW, not less.
