Ok so after this recent patch ive noticed that you can only get the chest drops from certain events that have a chest drop at the end only once a day now. That being said, the maw is a really good event along with Jormag, but the number of people that do the maw now is so ridiculous that getting more than 2 hits on the champ before he dies would be lucky as anything. Also, there is another event close by up in svanirs dome which includes killing a svanir ice brood champ, and you also have some pre events before hand, but that monster has more health than the maw champ, and when its all done….. there is no chest drop for that event….. i dont get why there isnt, and thas not the only event with a champ that doesnt drop a chest. That’s just one that i wanted to pick on, i would highly recommend adding chest drops to other events that include champs.

Yeah, he bursts out of that ‘house’ and after the 10 or more minute battle all the new players rush into the house to find that there’s no chest, no reward, it drops one single item that has a very slim chance of being anything besides blue and is a much more satisfying battle. I would love to see that one have a chest of non-dragon-time-limited-effort-negating kind.

Just wish people would understand the morale part better. If you just defend the tower and stop killing everything in the middle of the dome, the morale goes down twice as fast. It is a wave defense type thing. You can actually finish the morale faster than the other side can take down the veteran if you do it properly.
