Guild Wars 2

So, while being in PvP with my thief, I came across this amulet which is, for me and my build, absolutely perfect.
It is the “Shaman’s amulet” the amulet has these stats: Toughness (max), healing power (mid) and condition damage (mid).
I would like very much to find anything in PvE that has this combination of stats, by far my favourite. But it seems like this combination is nowhere to be found. Even though most of the other amulets’ combinations are present.
The “Shaman’s” stuff in PvE has vitality, condition damage and healing power.
Why this PvE hate for my favourite thing?

Inflamatory title much? And i think hate is a strong word.

Maybe there is a way to create it with stats you want, i doubt all the ystic forge recipies have been found yet.

I know, I shouldn’t be this harsh, but this really frustrates me, and I’ve been looking pretty much everywhere and I just cannot find it.
