i mean,its the most basic type of pvp,just kill each other without any other goal(like arenas)
why dont we have that?
we have massic world on world castle-based pvp(wvw)
we have casual group domination/domination with flag(hot join)
and we have a competetive version of that(tourneys)
but of all the game types we cant have small scale group death match like arenas?
for example 2v2 or 3v3 or 5v5 or any number between those
i mean,for me the most basic form of pvp is just fighting against other guys with just your friend(2v2) or friends(in 3v3 or 4v4 which they can make here)
why of all the pvp game-types we dont have the most basic and imo the most fun of them?

Because it would be rubbish. Everyone would be running Bunker Builds. Thieves and Mesmers would be using PU and Stealth builds. They would have to make it so that you can’t have more than 1 class in it.

I think what they ought to do is make a pvp mode where again, you focus only on killing and whatever team gets the most kills by the end of the match or hits a certain kill amount (as determined by devs) the match is over

I can imagine death match will be skill clutterting the all over the place and random skills to be thrown into middle or thiefs are ganking people who endup with doing 1v1
