Why not have all available weapons equipped?
I don’t see how it would change anything, other than giving us the freedom to swap between two more weapon sets in the middle of combat. Which… doesn’t actually make combat more diverse, it makes it easier. You don’t need to plan ahead, you don’t need make careful use of the two sets you have now… you just equip the four “best” weapons and mash the swap key when you think you need to.
So, no, thanks, I like it how it currently is.
PvP balance issues.
The Lost Shores should have stayed lost.
PvP balance issues.
PvP should be separated anyways (everything). That aside, it would mean a balancing nightmare even in PvE, since every weapon has skills, and other modifiers on top of that (ele attunements, etc.).
Please give us a keyring…
Because your character would look ridiculous with a great sword, rifle, long bow, hammer strapped on. Better yet 8 swords, where would you fit them?
Poor idea… why? It’s just not practical. Why not have helicopters in the game? Seriously, there is just so much more to fix in this game than worrying about having the ability to switch between everything in my backpack.
Unless you have a sword, a shield, and 6 daggers, you character could not hold all of that

Arguments consisting of “how would your character hold all of that?” are not relevant to the suggestion. Most games employ “hammerspace”, this is nothing new, and GW2 does, as well. It is, therefore, a moot point.
