Why volcanus is not ascnded?
Because it isn’t a legendary. A legendary costs way more than 500g and takes a ton more mats to craft than volcanus.
Only Mjölnir comes close in the cost of a legendary, and that’s just because there is no reliable way to farm charged lodestones.
