I’m very happy, when i drop rare item from chest. But actually… It is ridiculous! When I want go kill dragon or other boss world, i cant get in, coz im on overflow. So my proposition is easy. Chest drop should be account bound, not for character. Why? Now people only farming world bosses still swiching between characters, or changing serwer for faster drop. Guild Wars 2 is not this type of game!

Now price of ectoplasm drop down. Look on Final Rest staff… On begining it cost 90G. Now… 10G.

Yes, this is the easiest common sense solution to help this situation.

Unfortunately this is now the part where everyone complains because it means they don’t get as many hits on their free loot pinata.
