I’ve read multiple older posts about people accidentally purchasing the wrong item at an armor vendor with dungeon tokens and I understand that Arena Net’s policy is currently not to take action to user error. I unfortunately just made the same mistake. This needs to get fixed. I played WoW for years before this game, and a simple update they implemented allowed people to sell items back to vendors for a refund of whatever currency was used to purchase it. This is not asking much, and would save us the frustration of seeing potentially hours of time lost to a couple erroneous clicks. Seriously, this is an easy kill as far as eliminating complaints and pleasing customers goes. Do the right thing, take a second away from the constant updating of the living story minutia, and fix this stupid and unnecessary problem. Thanks.

First of all, you assume the people who would program this are also the ones coming up with all the content – foul! :p

Second, you assume it would take a “second” – while I agree it would be nice, it wouldn’t be simple – they’d need to test it to make sure people couldn’t abuse it.

I just used 1122 Badges of Honor on the level 70 exotic armors before I realized my mistake. So basically I’m screwed and there’s nothing I can do?
