Guild Wars 2

I had an idea while i was commanding in eb the other day. The best chat used for WvW priorities (to people not joined on your squad) is usually the /team chat ( if you are running people outside of your guild).

The red in /team chat is more noticeable than /map hence why it is used more. however, people miss the commands by commanders due to the fact of map spammers.

I propose a new /command chat where a very bright or different colored chat appears only for all people, but can only be used with people that have their commander tag up. It would help people who are just trying to listen to commands rather than see wall spam in map chat.

Let me know your opinions about this, and Anet please look into this, i think this is a great idea.

+1. This is a real problem in overly vocal zergs. Yes: people do use teamspeak etc, but there should be better built-in support for commanding.

Squads were designed for this… But, nobody joins squads.
