The jumping puzzle has since been change to once per account. Because of this change, I believe it is logical to change the 24 hour timer to have same reset time as the daily reset timer.

The character timer as the term imply is implemented because it used to be once per character thus the 24 hours countdown timer. Now, since it has become account base, to provide greater convenience to casual players who logon randomly on any time of the day, I suggest changing the timer to reset at the same time as daily.

Yes, it should be handled like Orichalcum nodes. Resets at 12am UTC but carries an 8 hour cool down timer…

Meaning that if you use the chest at 10pm UTC the chest resets at 12am UTC but you cannot use it until 6am UTC.

But if you used it at 4pm UTC you can immediately use it again at 12am UTC at reset.
